The Northern Metropolis is one of Hong Kong’s most ambitious infrastructure projects, transforming 30,000 hectares of land near the Shenzhen border into thriving tech hubs with new homes, workplaces, and job opportunities.
Strategically located in the western part of the metropolis, Hung Shui Kiu/Ha Tsuen New Development Area (HSK/HT NDA) is supported by a robust transport network and designed to integrate diverse lifestyles, modern logistics, and high-end professional services. It radiates opportunities across Hong Kong and beyond, extending to Qianhai in Shenzhen.
At the Liaison Center, HSK/HT NDA, operated by the Civil Engineering and Development Department (CEDD), the Hong Kong SAR government, visitors can explore the projects under the innovative collaboration of constructing alliance with six consortiums.
The Liaison Center showcases how land and infrastructure are shaping tomorrow’s Hong Kong—balancing modern vibrancy with cultural heritage and offering new value for the community.
The projects expected to complete by 2033, the Liaison Center provides a platform for the public to witness the transformation in progress.
